The short answer
There is no single price that describes every pest-control SEO service. A Google profile check, ongoing website improvements and a multi-location campaign are different purchases. ChurroSEO’s core service is $500 USD per month for one location. Use the scope below to decide whether that is the work your business needs.
Compare the work, not just the monthly fee
Ask each provider to describe the first month and an ordinary month after that. “SEO included” does not tell you whether someone will edit your pages, write new material, maintain your Google Business Profile or simply send recommendations for you to implement.
For a pest-control owner, the useful starting point is specific: which services do you want more inquiries for, where can you take those jobs, and what prevents a homeowner from finding or contacting you today? An established website with unclear service pages needs different work from a new business without a website.
| Ask about | What a useful answer includes |
|---|---|
| Website work | Which existing pages get changed, how many, and who actually makes the changes. |
| Google profile | Whether the service includes checks, corrections, posts or review support. These are separate tasks. |
| Content | How topics are chosen, who checks business facts and what is included in publishing. |
| Reporting | Completed changes, available inquiry evidence and the next priority—not just a score. |
| Extra costs | Website builds, paid tools, advertising, extra locations and work outside the allowance. |
| Commitment | Payment dates, cancellation, refunds, access requirements and approval responsibilities. |
A higher price may buy a broader service. A lower price may cover a smaller, repeatable scope. Neither tells you the likely return on its own. Ask for a written scope so the comparison is meaningful.
What ChurroSEO costs—and includes
Our package is designed for ongoing improvements to an existing website and Google profile. It is one standard service per location, with agreed priorities inside the allowance. Each additional location requires its own purchase at the selected plan’s per-location price.
- First month: work on up to five existing pages, with one design direction and one consolidated revision. This replaces the two routine website improvements that month.
- From month two: two agreed website improvements each month, with one revision each.
- Every month: four Google Business Profile checks with consolidated corrections; one review-process check and up to ten review-reply drafts; maintenance of one supported inquiry route; a written report and short recorded explanation.
| Option | Price and inclusion |
|---|---|
| Monthly core | $500/month. The standard service above. Renews monthly until canceled. |
| Monthly + articles | $600/month. Core service plus the $100/month daily-article add-on. |
| Year paid upfront | $6,000 once for 12 months. Core service, daily articles and four Google Business Profile posts each month. No automatic annual renewal. |
The article add-on is per location and publishes to your website. Daily articles means one article per calendar day, based on topics and business facts you approve. We may use AI for research and drafting, with review before publishing. We confirm the first publication date after the required access and information are ready. Missing access or approvals can delay dependent work; billing does not automatically pause. Publishing more articles does not guarantee more customers.
The annual option saves $1,200 compared with buying the core service and the article add-on monthly for 12 months. The four monthly Google posts are also included with annual payment; they are not part of that savings calculation.
Website building is separate at $100/month per distinct website and is never included in the annual bonus. Its build scope, duration and any hosting arrangements must be agreed separately before purchase. Advertising, paid tools, extra pages outside scope and custom integrations are separate. Read the full service details and agreement before paying.
Set a budget your business can carry
Start with the amount you can sustain without needing SEO to produce immediate jobs. Then use your own job economics: what remains after the direct cost of delivering a new customer’s work? Compare that contribution with the fee, while allowing for other marketing and overhead costs.
Do not turn that calculation into a forecast. Some inquiries are existing customers, some do not book, and some cannot be attributed confidently. Record what you know and leave the rest unknown. If the website already gets visits, first check why those visits may not become inquiries.
Four questions to settle before you buy
- What changes will you make first? Ask for an explanation tied to your services and service area.
- What will you need from my office? Confirm access, business facts, approvals and who will answer customer inquiries.
- What happens if results are slow? Ask how priorities will be reviewed. A promise of first place is not a substitute for evidence: Google warns against guaranteed number-one rankings.
- What am I committing to? Our monthly cancellation stops future renewals. Annual payment is a 12-month purchase. There are no change-of-mind refunds. If onboarding establishes that we cannot deliver the standard package on your setup, we cancel and refund the payment in full before substantive work starts. The agreement explains other applicable exceptions.
A good buying decision is knowing what you are paying for, what still needs your input and how the work will be checked. If your immediate issue is visibility, use the Google Maps diagnostic before assuming you need a bigger package.
