Your payment choice

• Monthly: $500 USD per location. Paid in advance and automatically renewed each month until canceled.
• Monthly with daily articles: $600 USD per location. The $500 service plus the $100 article add-on, renewing monthly until canceled.
• Annual: $6,000 USD per location, paid once. Twelve months of core service, daily articles and four Google Business Profile posts each month. No automatic annual renewal.

Each checkout covers one business location, its eligible Google Business Profile and one compatible existing website. Additional locations require additional purchases. Your selected items, currency and amount are shown in Stripe before payment. Any tax charged must appear there before you pay. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees. Your statement may identify OWAO CONSULTING.

What we deliver

First month

Improve up to five existing website pages with one design direction and one consolidated feedback round. We choose priorities with you using your business facts and existing branding. This replaces the two routine improvements for the first month. We check the existing website and profile, establish available baseline measurements, and set up or improve one supported inquiry path using existing tools.

Every month

• Four Google Business Profile checks, with necessary corrections grouped together.
• One review-request process check and up to ten drafts replying to real customer reviews.
• Maintenance of one supported website inquiry path, including a check of submission and receipt at the agreed destination.
• A written report of completed work and available results, with a short recorded explanation.

From month two

Two bounded improvements to existing website pages each month, with one consolidated feedback round per improvement. We identify the work and completion checks before making changes. This is not unlimited development or a new page allowance.

Articles and annual Google posts

Where included or purchased, daily articles means one website article per calendar day from the publishing start date confirmed during onboarding. We prepare topics and drafts using approved business information. Annual purchases also include four posts on your Google Business Profile per service month, 48 over the year. They use approved information and available photos; custom graphics are excluded. These posts are additional to the four profile checks.

You approve business facts and topic boundaries before publication. We may use AI to assist research and drafting, with review before publishing. We do not invent qualifications, reviews, offers or treatment claims. Google controls approval and visibility of profile edits and posts; we distinguish submitted, rejected and live work, and correct our own submission errors.

Onboarding and delivery

After checkout, complete the short business-details form. We contact you within two business days of matching your payment and form to review your setup and request the required account invitations. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

The paid service period begins on your payment date. We confirm the initial work schedule and article start date by email after access, facts and approvals are available. Initial foundation work is targeted within 30 days after those prerequisites are complete; we communicate any specific blocker and revised date. No ranking or lead deadline is promised.

You keep ownership of your accounts. Invite us using suitable account roles; do not send passwords or secret keys in the onboarding form. Provide accurate facts, rights to supplied materials and one contact for consolidated approvals. Silence is not approval. Pre-approved routine work can proceed within your agreed instructions.

Missing access, materials or approvals can delay dependent work. We explain the blocker and continue any work we can complete. Billing does not automatically pause because you have not supplied prerequisites. Unused monthly capacity does not automatically accumulate. If we cause a delay, the affected work remains due and we agree a revised date without charging again for that work.

Cancellation and refunds

No change-of-mind refunds. Monthly clients can cancel future renewals by emailing jj@owaoconsulting.com from their checkout email before the next renewal. The time your request reaches our inbox determines whether it was before renewal; our processing delay does not create another charge. Service continues through the paid period. Annual purchases are a twelve-month commitment, with no prorated refund simply for choosing to stop early.

This is not a money-back or results guarantee. If our onboarding review establishes that we cannot deliver the standard package on your setup, we will not impose a paid repair: before substantive fulfillment starts, we cancel the service and return that payment in full. Extra work requires your separate approval.

We correct errors we introduce at no extra charge. If we cannot deliver paid work, contact us so we can arrange correction or an appropriate refund for the undelivered service. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected. Nothing here excludes refunds or other rights required by applicable law.

Boundaries and results

New websites, migrations, custom code or integrations, extra pages or revision rounds, advertising, ad spend, paid tools, domains, hosting, commissioned imagery, purchased links and Google suspension appeals are outside this package. Website building is separately offered at $100 USD/month per distinct website and is not included in annual extras; its purchase requires separate build terms.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, inquiries, bookings or revenue. Your office handles inquiries and sales. Reports show only what available tracking and job records support; a button click is not a confirmed call or a paid job, and unknown outcomes remain unknown.

Ownership, privacy and handover

You retain your website and business accounts. On payment, you own the final work created specifically for you, subject to third-party licenses; we retain our reusable tools and templates. We use your materials only to deliver the service unless you separately permit a case study.

Our privacy notice explains the use of checkout, onboarding and service information. Client customer records and sensitive personal data are not required at signup. Any later customer-data processing or new integration must be agreed before access.

When service ends, we stop future work and scheduled publishing, provide the final work/status record and identify account access to remove. Completed content is not removed merely because you cancel. Third-party hosting and tools remain your responsibility. We aim to complete the handover within ten business days after the service ends.

Your agreement record

This version and the plan shown at checkout describe your purchase. We retain the accepted version with your purchase record and provide its link with onboarding. Later website edits do not retroactively change this agreement. Any change to your paid scope or price requires notice and agreement. Email us first about a concern so we can address it.
