Does your profile match the service the homeowner needs? We check your categories and service information against what you actually offer.
FOR INDEPENDENT PEST-CONTROL OWNERS
Help the right homeowners understand your services, see that you cover their area, and contact your office. Follow one example from a Google search to a recorded customer outcome.
WHY ONE BUSINESS SHOWS UP AND ANOTHER DOESN’T
Does your profile match the service the homeowner needs? We check your categories and service information against what you actually offer.
How close is your business to the searcher? We focus on real service areas. Adding town names does not move your business closer.
How well known is the business? Google considers signals including reviews and links. We support genuine review requests; stronger prominence takes more than filling in a profile.
Google explains these ranking factors. They work together; profile edits cannot guarantee a top-three position.
FIRST, THE PART THAT OFTEN GETS MISSED
In our example, Cedar & Stone wants more residential customers in Oakville and Northside, where it already works. A homeowner finds ants in their kitchen. They search for help nearby. Your business is one of the options—but your listing says only “pest control solutions,” and your website doesn’t explain whether you handle ants in their town.
Another company makes those answers easy to find. The homeowner has a reason to contact them first—even if your team could have done the job just as well.
Ant treatment in Oakville
“Can you sort this out, do you cover my home, and what happens next?”
A fictional search scenario. The same questions apply to your real services and area.01 / CHECK WHAT GOOGLE AND CUSTOMERS SEE
Start with a service you actually want more work for and an area you genuinely serve. Check what appears for that search and whether your profile and website give a clear answer. Google describes local ranking in terms of relevance, distance and prominence. You can improve your information and reputation; you can’t choose where the searcher is or buy a top-three position.

“Helpful team. Explained the treatment.”
Thanks, Alex. Glad the treatment was clearly explained. Please contact our office if you have any follow-up questions.
Shows the business is listening.
“They handle my problem, cover my area, and I know when to call.”
Google-style illustration of a fictional business; not a live Google listing. Same rating and review count in both versions. Added work imagery, clearer services, accurate hours and an owner reply illustrate the improvements—not a promised ranking or review increase.
These basics follow Google’s local-ranking guidance. They don’t guarantee a ranking or a deadline.
02 / CHECK THE PAGE THEY LAND ON
A visitor shouldn’t have to call just to find out whether you serve their area. Open your website on a phone. Can they answer these three questions without digging through the menu?
For an ant-treatment search, send people to a page that explains your ant service—not a generic welcome. Show the areas you cover, what the inspection involves and how to ask for help. Use actual work photos and genuine customer feedback when available.

Tell us what you’re noticing
If the business offers ongoing protection, explain what that includes and when it may suit the homeowner. An inspection inquiry and a recurring customer are different outcomes.
03 / SEND A TEST INQUIRY
Use your form from a phone. Describe the problem as a homeowner would—you shouldn’t need to know the treatment to ask for help.
FICTIONAL WALKTHROUGH · No information is sent.
Thanks, Alex. Our office will contact you to discuss the problem and the next step.

Problem: Ants keep coming back around the kitchen window.
Next action: Office to contact Alex and confirm suitability.
A confirmation reassures the homeowner; checking receipt protects the handoff to your office. Your team still needs to respond. Only promise a response time you can meet.
04 / CONNECT INQUIRIES TO JOBS
Start a simple record of each inquiry: where it came from, whether it was suitable, whether it booked and whether payment was received. Leave missing outcomes unknown.
4 inquiries
2 bookings
1 paid job
Illustrative numbers only. Different stages tell you different things.Compare those records over time alongside the work you changed. Seasonality, competition and your office’s response also affect results; a change afterward doesn’t by itself prove what caused it.
WHAT ONGOING IMPROVEMENT LOOKS LIKE
Suppose the ant-service page gets visits, but few recorded inquiries. That gives us something to investigate—not a reason to promise more traffic will fix everything.
Check the page and inquiry path. Ask your office what homeowners keep asking. Perhaps visitors cannot tell whether you offer a one-off treatment, ongoing protection, or both.
For example: explain the inspection and any genuine ongoing protection option, then make the form collect the problem and service area. Both are agreed before work starts.
Report the changes, recorded inquiries and the booked or paid outcomes your team supplies. If there is too little data, say so and keep measuring.
Example priorities within the monthly allowance. Your plan follows your actual starting point, alongside profile checks and review support.
IS THIS THE RIGHT NEXT STEP FOR YOU?
This suits an established pest-control business with a compatible existing website, a genuine service area and capacity to answer new inquiries. You want help improving what you already have, and can share access, business facts and job updates.
If you need guaranteed leads immediately, a completely new website or someone to answer your calls, this standard service won’t cover that need. We check the fit before payment.
WHAT YOU SEE EACH MONTH
Completed: clarified the inspection process and simplified the existing form. Tested receipt at the office.
| Inquiry | Area | Latest status |
|---|---|---|
| Ant treatment | Oakville | Paid job |
| Ant treatment | Northside | BookedPayment unknown |
| Ant treatment | Oakville | Not bookedReason unknown |
| Ant treatment | Outside area | Not suitable |
Recorded: 4 inquiries · 3 in the service area · 2 bookings · 1 paid job. One booking’s payment status is unknown. No recurring plan is confirmed.
What we know: the changes are live. These records alone don’t establish an increase or prove which change caused a booking.
Next: confirm the missing outcome and check whether homeowners understand the ongoing protection option.
If progress is weak, we check the data and the customer journey, explain what may be holding things back and propose the next useful change. We discuss whether continuing makes sense; completing tasks alone doesn’t establish a return.
HELP WITHOUT ANOTHER PROJECT TO RUN
Your office continues answering customers. During onboarding, we confirm the page priorities, access and delivery timing. You approve proposed changes before they go live.

No. We work toward it for agreed searches and nearby areas, but distance, competition and Google’s response affect the outcome. We explain the starting point and track progress.
Accurate business details, account invitations, approval of proposed changes and updates about booked and paid work. Your office keeps answering inquiries.
We check whether we can safely edit your existing website within the allowance. You do not have to switch to WordPress. If we cannot deliver the standard package on your setup, we explain the issue during onboarding and refund before starting substantive work. Migrations and new builds are separate.
The first month fixes the agreed foundation. Later months address the next useful improvements—for example, clarifying a service page that attracts visits but few inquiries—alongside profile checks, review support and reporting. We explain the priorities; a completed checklist alone is not proof of a return.
Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Service continues through the period already paid for. Monthly plans have no annual commitment. The annual option is a separate twelve-month purchase without automatic renewal.
We agree work and delivery dates before starting, not a guaranteed customer count. The first month builds the foundation; it may be too early to judge SEO results. Reports distinguish completed work from measured outcomes.
One standard package. Choose your payment plan and get started.
